When purchasing games, we use a third-party site for secure payments. This site may store important information regarding the payment. Please refer to their privacy policy. We will store the registered name, the name of the person who payed, the date the payment occurred, and the email address used when registering. We need these so we can return lost registration keys accurately, whilst preventing fraud. We will not store any credit card details, or other sensitive data, and the data we do store will be used only for the recovery of lost registration keys.

If you email us, we will use the return address to answer any questions, if we are able. We will not use this address for any other purpose, or share it with anyone outside Crystal Squid Ltd.

Forums

We provide public forums where players may post comments and suggestions. These forums are moderated, but there may be a small time delay between the post and any moderation that may be required. We advise all users never to post any personal information on the forums, as the forums are publicly accessible.

Session Cookies

The games hosted on this site require session cookies to enable access to resources. This is to prevent unauthorised use of these resources. No identifying data is stored or used, and the session cookie data is discarded when you move off the games page.
